Mr. Shitut, President and Chief Executive Officer of USHydrations, has more than 25 years of experience in senior management overseeing manufacturing operations and technology. He is responsible for the overall operations of the company. His immediate past tenure was with Impressions Media as President & CEO. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in financial management and M.B.A. in information systems.

Joseph Lapchak

Vice President & CFO

Joseph Lapchak was recently promoted to Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.  He is responsible for budgeting, financial strategy, all accounting functions, purchasing function, and pricing and production costs.  Mr. Lapchak joined USHydrations as Chief Financial Officer in 2003 following ten years of service at First Federal Bank in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, as Director of Internal Audit where he developed and applied a comprehensive risk-based audit plan and was involved in SEC financial reporting compliance. A graduate of King’s College with a B.S. in Accounting, Mr. Lapchak has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995.

Shekhar Patel, Ph.D.

Vice President of Innovation & Quality

Dr. Patel was recently promoted to Vice President of Innovation & Quality.  He joined USHydrations in 2015 and has pertinent experience in the beverage industry as well as research and laboratory expertise. Before joining USHydrations, he served as Director of Research & Development for PepsiCo, Inc. in New York where he managed a portfolio of innovation and productivity projects aimed at improving beverage product quality from a process engineering perspective. Dr. Patel received his doctorate in Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He also holds a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton Business School and Risk Management for Corporate Leaders from Harvard Business School.

Joseph Peters

Director of Operations

Joseph Peters oversees production, processing and engineering operations for the company while working closely with global customers. He has a wealth of experience in beverage manufacturing, most recently serving as plant manager of a high-speed bottling facility in Allentown. Prior to that he was Manufacturing Manager at Niagara Bottling and Operations Manager at Nestle Waters North America.

Patrick Fisher

Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Patrick Fisher draws upon over forty years of extensive experience with several leading CPG companies. Before joining USHydrations, he served as Division Sales Manager for Reynolds Consumer Products where he managed and directed the fifth largest customer in the areas of sales, business development, procurement, merchandising, finance, trade relations, transportation and supply chain. Mr. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University.

Jennifer Verry

Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager, Jennifer Verry has been with USHydrations since 2014. She is responsible for the management of all Human Resource activities, including recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants, training programs, employee policies and procedures, benefit administration, payroll and all personnel issues. Prior to joining USHydrations, Ms. Verry served as Human Resources Manager for a private, Federal government sub-contractor. She attended Luzerne County Community College and received Human Resources Management Certification from the American Management Association, and Federal Government Contracting Certification from George Mason University.

Joseph McGeer

Logistics Manager

As Logistics Manager, Mr. McGeer manages a department of 16 employees. He is responsible for overseeing all inbound materials, fleet management, all warehouse operations and inventory control. He ensures that all department employees are operating in a safe manner and wearing the proper safety equipment. He joined USHydrations after graduating from Hanover High School and has been with the company for 16 years. He lives in Nuangola with his wife and two sons.
