He has many years of experience in beverage manufacturing, including serving as plant manager or manufacturing manager at two high-speed bottling facilities.

Mike Sowinski oversees the finance and accounting functions of USHydrations. He has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry where he held various leadership positions responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and managing a $50 million investment portfolio.

Jennifer Verry

Jennifer Verry is responsible for overseeing the company's Human Resources initiatives, systems and strategies including personnel issues, recruitment, training, policies and procedures, benefit administration, and payroll.

Her previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for a private, Federal government sub-contractor.

Joseph Desmarteau leads our process improvement and training initiatives for the organization. He’s responsible for facilitating Lean and Six Sigma opportunities while creating programs that support our employee development objectives.

His background includes over 35 years of manufacturing, supply chain, and teaching experience with large, mid-sized, and small private and publicly traded organizations.
