Her previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for a private, Federal government sub-contractor.

With over 17 years of experience in the beverage industry, he oversees all phases of operations at USHydrations and serves as a member of its Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Joseph Peters oversees USHydrations’ manufacturing and engineering operations working closely with global customers to ensure their exact specifications are met.

He has many years of experience in beverage manufacturing, including serving as plant manager or manufacturing manager at two high-speed bottling facilities.

Joseph McGeer

Joseph McGeer is the longest serving employee at USHydrations and began his career with the company at its inception in 1999.  Joe is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, fleet management, and inventory control.

Joseph Desmarteau leads our process improvement and training initiatives for the organization. He’s responsible for facilitating Lean and Six Sigma opportunities while creating programs that support our employee development objectives.

His background includes over 35 years of manufacturing, supply chain, and teaching experience with large, mid-sized, and small private and publicly traded organizations.

Rudra Upadhyaya is responsible for all engineering, maintenance and project functions.

With over 15 years of project management experience, he most recently served as Project Management Consultant, Advance Research for PepsiCo, Inc. in Hawthorne, New York.
